I must start this post saying that unfortunately (for me) I have very few months of summer to enjoy my favorite food that is 'Pastel de Choclo'. This is because during the rest of the year it's not so common to find this dish :( unless you go to Pomaire. My favourite restaurant is called 'Los Naranjos', in this place you can order typical Chilean food all the year and I have to admit I was reticent to eat Pastel de Choclo in July because I though the taste would not be the same, but I was mistaken, the flavour was as wonderful as it is in summer. So I really recommend you to visit it.

I think the reason why I like Corn Pie is because of the taste and it reminds me of my family and summer days. 

In general I enjoy cooking, but not during the week because it takes a lot of time that I don't have, but during the weekend is different because I can relax and try new recipes. 
About my job, my schedule changes every semester, for this reason sometimes I can go and have lunch at home, and some other times I just eat in places near the faculties... Any recommendation near Facso? :)

This is one of the last photos I took that I like , it was taken this year during summer before starting classes. This is my dog :) and he is looking outside by my room's window as he usually does. I think what I like the most about this picture is that it was very spontaneous, I was playing with my camera and he suddenly appeared and I though the colors of the image looked perfect. I don't remember the hour exactly but as it was sunset it looks very warm and when I see it I have the feeling of a cozy home. I also like the plants shades because even though they are not within the photograph you can realize they are present. 
There is also a fuchsia hydrangea that is one of my favorite flowers, they are very typical to be found in the south of Chile, specially in blue and purple colors. They are really beautiful, that's why I like to have them, it feels like having a part of the south with me. 

One think I like about taking photographs is that you can find beauty in very small details and every person can have a different perception of a place or a moment.
